The First Aid course teaches you the essential skills to respond to medical emergencies, both in and out of the water. You will learn to assess situations, provide basic life support, use an AED, and manage common injuries and illnesses. The course combines eLearning with a hands-on workshop session under direct instructor supervision.

What You Will Learn
